(a) If praying Muslim is Haymana, they say "Amin"
هَيْمَنَ الْمُصَلِّي : قَالَ آمِينَ
(b) If the bird or winged creature is Haymana, it flapping its wings
هَيْمَنَ الطَّائِرُ عَلَى فِرَاخِهِ : رَفْرَفَ
(c) If someone is Haymana over something, he superintend** something.
سيطر عليه وراقَبه وحفِظَه
So, if you refer to Allah, then He is The Foremost Superintendent.
Some linguistic scholar said al-Muhaymin is asy-Syāhid, which is The Foremost Witness. Also, He is keeping the other from fear.
المُهَيْمِنُ والمُهَيْمَنُ : اسم من أَسماء الله تعالى في الكتب القديمة. وفي التنزيل : ومُهَيْمِناً عليه ؛ قال بعضهم : معناه الشاهد يعني وشاهِداً عليه . والمُهَيْمِنُ : الشاهد ، وهو من آمن غيرَه من الخوف
Abu Maʿsyar said al-Muhaymin is the trusted keeper. Some said the governer of His creation.
وقيل : القائم بأمور الخلق..... وقال أبو معشر ومهيمنا عليه معناه وقبانا عليه

**The original meaning is controlling, observing and guarding it. I think the "superintend" is constituting the overall meaning for this. Superintend means :
